In a groundbreaking move that transcends borders, Seo In Guk and Francine Diaz have announced their partnership in producing a new song titled “My Love.” The collaboration is a significant milestone for both artists as it showcases the powerful union of two nations through music.

Seo In Guk, known for his recent roles in “Death’s Game” on TVING and Amazon Prime Video, as well as his lead role in the musical “Monte Cristo,” has been a constant presence in the music scene since launching his singing career after winning Mnet’s talent reality show “Superstar K” in 2009. He’s made his mark in the music industry with standout singles like “BeBe” (2016), “Distant Fate” (2021), and “My Love” featuring RAVI (2022).
Francine Diaz, having won over fans with her acting prowess, has already taken a few steps into the music realm, such as with her track “Pag-ibig” in 2019 and her recent collaboration with Jamie Rivera on the song “Faith, Hope, and Love” in December 2023. Now, she is poised to expand her presence in the music industry through this collaboration.

This collaboration began when the Filipino management headed by John Ling, who is also Francine Diaz’s co-manager, was introduced to Seo In Guk backstage at a fan meet. Over a dinner night, Seo In Guk proposed the idea of collaborating with Francine Diaz. His assurance to guide her through the process sparked the creation of “My Love.”
The pop song, recorded last month in South Korea, will soon have its music video released. In February, “My Love” will be launched on Spotify and will be available on all major online platforms. Additionally, the song is in the works to be tied up with a Filipino record label.

The lyrics to “My Love” were written by Seo In Guk, Pak Kyung Hyun, and Mo Sang Hoon. The song was composed by Seo In Guk, Pak Kyung Hyun, and Mo Sang Hoon, while the arrangement was done by Pak Kyung Hyun.
