Home Credit Philippines Celebrates 11 Years of Empowering Filipinos

Renewed partnerships and community contributions highlight the company’s commitment to its customers during challenging times.

Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the leading consumer finance company in the country, recently celebrated its 11th anniversary, marking more than a decade of commitment to providing accessible and reliable financing services to Filipinos. With a mission to empower every Filipino at every stage of their lives, HCPH has served over 11 million customers and continues to innovate in the ever-changing financial landscape.

The milestone was commemorated in an event held at Trinoma’s Activity Center on October 25, where HCPH expressed gratitude to its loyal customers. Eleven dedicated patrons were honored for availing of 11 or more products, each receiving a token of appreciation worth P20,000. The event featured brand ambassador Marian Rivera, who engaged with attendees, and the guest band Nobita, providing entertainment for the evening.

“Sheila Paul, Chief Marketing Officer of HCPH, emphasized the importance of customer loyalty: ‘At Home Credit, we believe in building lasting partnerships with our customers. Their trust serves as our fuel to grow and innovate our financial solutions,’” she stated.

In a noteworthy announcement during the anniversary event, Marian Rivera renewed her partnership with HCPH for an additional two years. Known for her credibility and connection with the public, Rivera’s continued association with the brand underscores HCPH’s dedication to trust and integrity in its mission.

“We want our customers to know that their well-being is our priority,” Paul added, highlighting the significance of authentic brand representation through Rivera’s endorsement.

In response to recent natural calamities impacting communities across the nation, HCPH also pledged financial support to the GMA Kapuso Foundation, a charity close to Rivera’s heart. Zdenek Jankovsky, Chief Business Development Officer at HCPH, reaffirmed the company’s role as a financial ally during difficult times. “We hope our products, such as Home Credit Protect, will provide some relief. We are committed to supporting our customers through every challenge they face.”

As HCPH embarks on its next chapter, the company remains steadfast in its vision of being the financial ally of every Filipino, ensuring that accessible financing solutions are available to those who need them most. By expanding its sales network to cover 75 out of 81 provinces and continuing to innovate its product offerings, Home Credit Philippines is poised for a bright future as it adapts and responds to the evolving needs of its customers.
