“This is a story about seven individuals who are going through a lot of challenges in their lives,” Pimentel explained. “Ito yung time ng journey nila that they’re aspiring for a second chance.”

Extensive Training for Realistic Action

In preparation for their roles, the cast underwent an extensive four-month training program, which included martial arts, Muay Thai, tactical combat, and war games. This intensive regimen aimed to equip them with the skills necessary to portray their characters authentically.

Jennings noted, “Lahat po kami nag-undergo ng training for 4 months,” while Racal emphasized that the training was crucial for showcasing their characters’ technical combat expertise. Veneracion shared insights on the importance of weapon handling and tactical movements, adding, “Super dami namin pinagdaanan bago mag day 1… Ang dami naming pinag-aralan.”

Jennings portrays ‘Tomas,’ a brave yet rough character from a humble background.
