A Century of Song: The Vienna Boys’ Choir Returns to Manila

There is something about the sound of a boy soprano that feels like it’s floating in from another world. For 100 years, the Vienna Boys’ Choir has been the gold standard of choral excellence, traveling the globe and leaving audiences in tears of joy.

In 2026, they are celebrating a full century of touring the world, and we are lucky enough to be one of their stops.

From the Imperial Chapel to the Philippines

The history here is staggering. What started as a small tour to Germany in 1926 has turned into a global phenomenon. Did you know they first visited the Philippines way back in 1967? Their last visit was a decade ago in 2016, so if you missed them then, now is your chance to witness history.

Four Choirs, One Legacy

While we see one incredible group on stage, the Vienna Boys’ Choir is actually made up of four distinct touring groups named after legendary composers: Bruckner, Haydn, Mozart, and Schubert. Leading the charge for our Manila shows is the acclaimed Choirmaster Manolo Cagnin. Maestro Cagnin isn’t just a conductor; he’s a mentor who has worked with the world’s greatest orchestras—from the Vienna Philharmonic to the LA Phil. Under his baton, the boys don’t just sing notes; they tell stories.
