The residents of Lipa City, Batangas were in high spirits as they did not expect that they will see Piolo Pascual and Janella Salvador on a motorcade for the promo of MALLARI, an entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 of Mentorque Productions, in cooperation of Cleverminds, last Friday December 8.

Papa P and Janella arrived at Hotel 1925 at around 12nn for a lunch and quick rest. They head on with the motorcade at around 2:30PM where they were accommodated with excitement by fans and supporters.

They were joined in the float by Mentorque producer, John Bryan Diamante and Supervising Producer, Omar Sortijas who were also warmly welcomed by the Batanguenos.

The motorcade was well organized that it did not lead to traffic congestion and motorists even gave way so that more people can get a glimpse of Piolo and Janella.

There’s no denying that it was well received as people were shouting “Piolo” and “Mallari” especially when Papa P got a gaze on them.

After the motorcade, they then proceed to SM City Lipa for the mall show where supporters started lining up already even before the mall opened.

Janella’s fans trooped to the mall to show their support even if some are coming outside of Lipa to which the former was happy to see.

The mall was full of screams when Piolo appeared on stage with “I Love You Piolo” heard from all corners of the venue.

Piolo and Janella gave back the warm reception by accommodating selfies and picture taking.

They were also joined by Ron Angeles, Angelie Sanoy, Audrey Alquiroz, Tommy Alejandrino,John Ventura, James Clarence Fajardo, Ali Abatayo and by the energetic host Inah Evans.

Mallari The Movie is under the direction of Derick Cabrido and writtend by Enrico C. Santos. Catch them also at the Parade of the Stars on December 16 along Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and will end at Peoples Park of Valenzuela City as brought to us by the Metro Manila Development Authority that’s in charge of MMFF 2023.
