1. Secure a Queueing Number: Before you start putting items in your cart, head to the customer service or designated area to get a queueing number for your preferred ticket tier. This confirms availability and reserves your slot.
2. Do Your Shopping: Fill up your cart! Ensure your single-receipt purchase meets the minimum amount required for your chosen ticket section (see the price tiers below).
3. Claim Your Ticket: After paying at the counter, head straight to the ticket redemption booth. Present your Aling Puring or Perks card, your queueing number, and your official receipt to claim your concert ticket.

• No Reselling: Tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not intended for resale. Puregold reserves the right to cancel tickets or deny entry to anyone carrying tickets from unauthorized channels.
• Highest Receipts Count: If you happen to make more than two qualified transactions, only the top two transactions with the highest purchase amounts will be honored.
• Minor Policy: Minors attending the concert must be accompanied by an adult ticketholder, and a liability waiver must be signed upon entering the Araneta Coliseum.
