Netflix has officially unveiled the trailer for Ganito, Ganyan, Ganoon, the streaming platform’s biggest Filipino comedy-drama film for 2026—giving audiences a peek into the flawed relationship of Joanne (Jodi Sta. Maria) and Paz (Agot Isidro) as they confront the bitter reality of mortality while rebuilding their estranged relationship.
At the Next on Netflix Philippines event held in February, Agot shared how the story can be relatable to the Filipino audience. “[We] Filipinos are very family-centric, so I really think we’re reaching out to our audience.”

For Director Cholo Laurel, the dramedy genre blend captures the nature of a real family. “If you look closely, drama is actually hilarious—especially family drama. The topics that we’re discussing here are already inherently heavy, so we wanted to lighten it up a little bit.”

Ganito, Ganyan, Ganoon offers the viewers a truthful take on how filial love and family can make, break, and shape your dreams and decisions in life—making you laugh and cry through it all.
‘Ganito, Ganyan, Ganoon’ will premiere globally on August 13. Only on Netflix.
