Using the rich and resonant warmth of traditional Philippine bamboo instruments, the ensemble highlights core Tamaraw values—fortitude in past struggles, excellence in every note, and an upright commitment to a hope-filled future.
Conducted under the expert leadership of Artistic Director Mr. Norbie Cads, the concert features a diverse and captivating repertoire that bridges local heritage with global messages of peace. Audiences can look forward to a unique auditory experience featuring David Benoit and Nathan East’s “Freedom at Midnight,” Tropical Depression’s beloved reggae anthem “Kapayapaan,” the traditional Cordillera folk melody “Salidumay,” and the classic rock ballad “Wind of Change” by the Scorpions.
The night becomes even more magical with powerhouse collaborations that are sure to leave you in awe.
